The floral design was a charming surprise. the cleanliness was perfect throughout the hotel. I spotted no dust anywhere. the facilities were convenient and well kept, we found everything we needed.
The room assigned to me was smaller than expected for the category i booked. my river view was partially obstructed by the tv. It was a disappointment. the bed was less comfortable than i anticipated.

the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options. there were many fresh fruits, i was kinda surprised. the staff were polite and very attentive. the location is great. it is close to the metro and tram stops, which simplified city exploration.
the hotel room hallways were quite dark. but the lobby area was very well lit. it had nice decorations.

i found the breakfast variety excellent, and the service was attentive. the gym contained all essential equipment, it facilitated solid workouts. the lobby design impressed me, it had a calm, refreshing botanical theme.
I forgot my jacket. The hotel informed me it could not be found.

The gym included various machines. I noted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet had many choices. I had fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel is near public transportation. I found the metro and tram stops a short walk away.

Really good Stay, Superior Service

The hotel provided daily housekeeping. This kept my King Room quite tidy. The location suited my needs. It was near public transport with very easy access to the city center via metro and tram lines. This saved me a lot of travel time. I enjoyed the variety of options available at the breakfast. The staff was polite.
The mini bar was empty. This felt a little spartan.

The gym includes treadmills, elliptical machines, and weight stations. This allows guests to maintain their fitness routines. The sauna and steam room were in good working order. This offered relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast had a wide selection, including hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. Happy hour at the Regency Club included a selection of appetizers and drinks, though the lounge could be crowded at times.

the location was acceptable for getting around using public transport.
The room service wasn't available at 12:10 am. i was jet lagged and wanted to order food. they said the staff went home and i should order grub hub and pick it up downstairs. This isn't what i expected from this hotel.
